Vishwas Tripathi
Mr. Tripathi is a distinguished leader with a wealth of experience across various sectors. He currently serves as the Chairman of Eldercare India (eOmniCare Pvt Ltd), Rose Multistate Multipurpose Co-Operative Society Ltd, Urvara Agro Bio Tech Pvt Ltd, and Mount Shikhar Financial Services Limited, an RBI-approved NBFC. Additionally, he is a Senior Partner at V. Sahai Tripathi & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Tripathi is also a Member of the Governing Body and Chairman of the Advisory Board at Maheshwara Medical College. In his illustrious career, he has held prominent roles such as Chairman of the Board of Directors at United News of India (UNI) and Chairman of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRICS CCI).
He is a member of National Integration Council (NIC) constituted by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India; Chairman, Rose Multistate Multipurpose Co- Operative Society Ltd which works in the field of agriculture and allied sectors; Board Member, Society For Transformation, Inclusion and Recognition through Sports (STAIRS).
He is a Former Governing Council Member of The Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) under Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India; Member Management Committee; Nominated as a Lifetime Member of International Journalist Centre.
He has completed course of “Jyotish Praveen” from ICAS (Indian Council of Astrological Sciences)
Chairman in the following Companies: Eldercare India (eOmniCare Pvt Ltd); Urvara Agro Bio Tech Pvt Ltd; Mount Shikhar Financial Services Limited, an RBI Approved NBFC.
He has undertaken CSR initiatives helping in upliftment of tribals in Koraput district in Odisha through generating employment for them via Co-operative Farming and educating them on various community issues.
Also, a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in January 1988 having experience of more than 32 Years. A commerce Graduate (B.Com Hons.) 1984, from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and a Senior Partner in V Sahai Tripathi & Co, a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants having it’s origin in the year 1935.
He has also authored several Publications and been extremely active on talks and seminars. These include Book titled Banking in India (2004), Book titled EGovernance in India (2007) Book titled E-Governance- Perspective and Challenges (2007). Have written several articles on Marketing of Financial Services -New Dimensions: accepted for publication in the course material/ proceeding of the seminar on Marketing of Services – Strategies for Success (Oct.2004) organized by Jamia Millia Islamia.
Besides this, he has made rich contributions in Books published “Insurance & Risk Management” by Dr. P K Gupta published in 2004, “Fundamentals of Insurance” by Dr. P K Gupta published in 2004; have attended and participated in various Seminars relating to Challenges & Opportunities for India Inc., Seminar on US GAAP, Various Seminars on Corporate/Taxation Advisory, Planning & Management, Seminar on Banking Frauds at various forums.
Arjun Malhotra
A pioneer of the IT industry in India, he co-founded and served as Vice Chairman of HCL, a Tier 1 IT conglomerate. Arjun went on to building a start up which merged with Headstrong and ultimately was acquired by Genpact for an admirable valuation. Arjun serves on the Boards of many respectable companies, including venture funds. His several philanthrophy endeavours include support to his alma maters – The Doon School and IIT Kharagpur – apart from his passion of encouraging young entrepreneurs and creating jobs. Arjun’s statesman-esque stature globally is of enormous value while mentoring eNRI OmniCare.
Suresh Rajpal
A veteran of the IT industry globally, Suresh founded Hewlett-Packard in India. Through strategic moves, he enabled HP to achieve a pre-eminent position in the Indian market creating benchmarks in customer Service for others to follow. Considered a management guru, Suresh has won numerous awards globally in Entrepreneurship, Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement across organizations. Now based in Toronto, Canada, he serves on the Boards of distinguished corporations apart from providing strategic direction to eNRI OmniCare and overseeing its foray in North America.
